Your score increases with each successful boar takedown: one point for the first, two for the second, three for the third, and a bonus 15 points for five consecutive kills. The score resets after clearing the screen.
You begin each level armed with a bolt-action rifle. Ammunition reloads automatically, but you'll need to wait for the action to complete before firing again. Click the flashing on-screen icon to reload your magazine.
Reach 40 points to unlock an automatic repeating rifle, costing 5 points to activate (by clicking the on-screen prompt).
Level 1 allows for 7 mistakes, decreasing to 4 by level 6. You can earn extra attempts.
In level 6, eliminating five boars consecutively without missing (15 points) grants an extra attempt. Boars that don't fall on the first shot count as two kills, but only score as one.
In level 7, reaching 100 points unlocks a six-bullet clip (worth 5 points). Subsequently taking down six boars earns 22 points and an extra attempt.
Later levels require increasingly long consecutive kill streaks to earn bonus attempts, resetting with each cleared screen.
Remember, you can eliminate all boars on screen, even with the bolt-action rifle – just aim carefully!
