In this oppressive regime, the State dictates every detail of life. Surveillance is omnipresent, and privacy is extinct. As the State-appointed manager of an apartment building, your role is to ensure it's a welcoming home for your tenants.
But beneath this facade lies your true purpose.
Assigned by the State, your mission is to SPY ON YOUR TENANTS! Your duties include covertly observing them, bugging their homes when they're absent, searching their possessions for any threats to the State, and profiling them for your superiors.
