- Bill Management: Check and pay your bills directly through the app.
- CTM Bonus Points Scheme: Access your bonus points, check your points record, expiry date, and available gift items for redemption.
- Online Applications: Apply for various services, such as mobile, internet, and data roaming, online.
- TicketEasy: Check the status of your tickets at CTM shops, draw tickets, and view ticket status.
- Phone and Equipment Maintenance: Check the status of your phone and equipment for any maintenance or repair needs.
- CTM Wi-Fi Autosetting: Easily configure your device for CTM Wi-Fi access.
- IDD, Local Phone Numbers, and Data Roaming Information: Access detailed information on international direct dialing (IDD), local phone numbers, and data roaming services.
- CTM Shop Locator: Find the nearest CTM shop location.
For customers who have activated their account through CTMBuddy, additional functions are available:
- Postpaid Customers: Usage checking and QR code bill payment.
- Prepaid Customers: Remaining usage and expiry date.
- Online Applications: Access to online applications for various services.
- CTM Membership Checking and Rewards Service: Check your CTM membership status and access rewards.
- CTM Wi-Fi Resend and Reset Password: Resend or reset your CTM Wi-Fi password.
