The game starts by drawing seven letters. You then strategize to find the highest-scoring word and place it on the board. After deciding (or when your time runs out in timed games), tap "Validate." Duplikat reveals the maximum-scoring word, but your score reflects only your chosen word. The app then redraws letters, and play continues.
Letter distribution follows specific rules: at least two vowels and two consonants until move 15, then one vowel and one consonant from move 16 onwards. If the initial seven letters don't meet these criteria, they're reshuffled. The game ends if the letter bag runs out of vowels or consonants.
