Uttar Pradesh has launched a transformative initiative for comprehensive public health service management with the introduction of the eKavach app. This CPHC (Comprehensive Primary Health Care) application, developed and deployed by the National Health Mission (NHM) of Uttar Pradesh, is tailored for frontline health workers including ASHA workers, ANM, ASHA Sangini, and Community Health Officers (CHOs). eKavach leverages Argusoft's open-source and DPG Certified platform, MEDPlat, to streamline health services. The app encompasses a full suite of workflows and referral systems for various health programs such as Family Folder, RMCH+ (Reproductive, Maternal, Child, and Adolescent Health), NCD (Non-Communicable Diseases), Nutrition, and other essential health services, enhancing the efficiency and reach of public health initiatives.
