The Frantics™ Companion App is essential for playing Frantics™ on your PlayStation®4. This app transforms your smartphone or tablet into a controller, enabling you to engage in a variety of quirky mini-games with up to four players. Whether you're competing in crazy arena brawls or wacky races, the charmingly unfair fox host adds a fun twist by helping you sabotage your rivals—while also assisting them!
To get started, ensure your PS4™ console and your device are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Then, follow the in-app instructions to connect. With the app, you can:
- Choose your animal avatar and shake your device to randomize it.
- Take a selfie to identify yourself in the game.
- Play cooperatively or mischievously sabotage others using your device's screen.
- Receive secret missions and tips from the Fox via text or calls to gain an edge.
The Frantics™ Companion App supports multiple languages including English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Russian, Turkish, Greek, Czech, Hungarian, Norwegian, Danish, Swedish, Finnish, Mexican Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese.
Important Update for Android Users as of December 14, 2023:
If you've already downloaded the Frantics™ Companion App or added it to your library on your current device, you can continue using it. However, note that the app is no longer available for download on the Google Play Store for devices running Android OS versions newer than Android 11.
For Apple iOS Users:
You can continue to use the Frantics™ Companion App regardless of your iOS version.
