Nexon announces the end of service (EOS) for Dynasty Warriors M, the mobile game based on the popular Dynasty Warriors franchise. Players who have enjoyed leading their officers in thrilling battles should make the most of the remaining time.
In-app purchases were already halted on December 19th, 2024. While Nexon expressed gratitude to the community, the reason for the game's closure wasn't specified.
The shutdown announcement isn't entirely unexpected, given the game's underperformance. Launched in November 2023 by Nexon and Koei Tecmo Games, Dynasty Warriors M's lifespan will be just over a year.

The Three Kingdoms battlefield will fall silent on February 20th, 2025. A final chapter update is expected this month.
Dynasty Warriors M offered a unique blend of action and strategy, retaining the core Musou gameplay while adding strategic elements. Players could collect and train 50 officers from five factions, conquering castles across a vast map with 13 regions and 500 stages.
The story mode faithfully recreated historical events such as the Yellow Turban Rebellion and the Battle of Luoyang. Those interested in experiencing Dynasty Warriors M before its closure can download it from the Google Play Store.
