PrinterShare Mobile Print

4.3
Application Description

Print documents and photos directly from your Android device to any printer!

With PrinterShare, you can easily print a wide range of content from your Android phone or tablet to almost any printer. Whether it's photos, emails, documents (including PDF, Microsoft® Word, Excel®, PowerPoint®, and more), bills, invoices, messages, web pages, or other files, PrinterShare makes the process seamless and convenient, no matter where your printer is located.

Important Note: Some features within PrinterShare are not free. To access these premium functionalities, you will need to purchase an upgrade. Before investing, we recommend printing a test page to confirm compatibility with your printer.

Update on Permissions: Due to changes in Google Play's Permissions policy, we have had to remove the SMS and Call log printing features from our app.

With PrinterShare, you have the flexibility to print images and photos (JPG, PNG, GIF), emails (from Gmail) and their attachments (PDF, DOC, XLS, PPT, TXT), contacts, agendas, web pages (HTML), and other digital content. This can be sourced from your device's memory, cloud storage services like Google Drive, OneDrive, Box, Dropbox, and other apps that support the Share action. You can even print text messages, which can be useful for trial or legal purposes.

For those needing to print UPS shipping labels, you can do so directly from your device's browser to supported thermal printers by accessing the UPS website.

PrinterShare offers extensive printing options, allowing you to customize paper size, page orientation, number of copies, page range, duplex mode (one- or two-sided printing), print quality (resolution), color or monochrome settings, media tray selection, and more.

Free Version Features:

  • Print with certain limitations on nearby wireless (WiFi, Bluetooth) and direct USB OTG connected printers.
  • Print to Windows shared (SMB/CIFS) or Mac shared printers.

Premium Features:

  • Unlimited nearby direct printing of PDFs, documents, photos, and more via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, without the need for a computer.
  • Complimentary 100 pages for Remote Printing under the same account.

PrinterShare is compatible with a wide range of printers from brands such as HP, Canon, Brother, Kodak, Samsung, Dell, Ricoh, Lexmark, Kyocera, OKI, and others, including legacy networkable models. For a complete list of supported printers, visit http://printershare.com/help-mobile-supported.sdf. Important Information:

  1. The permissions requested by PrinterShare are necessary for printing content and are not used to collect your personal data. For a more detailed explanation, please see our FAQ at http://www.printershare.com/help-mobile-faq.sdf.
  2. If you encounter any issues, please send an email to [email protected].

Happy printing!
