Albion Online has officially announced the release date for its next major update: Abyssal Depths. This immersive new content is coming to Android on June 30, plunging players into an all-new underground adventure. The update introduces a fresh PvP experience, fiery mounts, and deep dungeon exploration.
What’s in Store?
At the heart of the Abyssal Depths update lies the Depths—a brand-new extraction-style dungeon designed for teams of two to three players. These intense, close-quarters PvP zones offer high-stakes gameplay where only what you carry is at risk. Thanks to the new Orange PvP rules, your equipped gear remains safe upon death, making it more accessible for players who want to engage in PvP without fear of losing months of progress.
Once a team enters the Depths, they’ll battle both demonic foes and rival players to gain powerful buffs and gather Souls. The climax of each run centers around a high-tension PvP showdown over a locked vault before the entire dungeon collapses.
The Depths are part of a broader ecosystem centered around the Antiquarian’s Den, a mysterious underground base connected to the Depths, Corrupted Dungeons, and Hellgates. Easily accessible from all Royal Cities and Caerleon, the Den offers faster matchmaking and includes a convenient bank for storing your loot.
Inside the Den, players will encounter the Antiquarian, a shadowy figure who tracks your progress through infernal zones. The more you play in the Depths and other hellish regions, the higher your Antiquarian Standing climbs.

Rewards include a fiery avatar set with a matching avatar ring, Demon Cape crests ranging from Tier 4 to Tier 8, and two unique spider mounts—the Hellspinner and the Soulspinner.

Abyssal Depths also brings two new Crystal Weapons to the battlefield:
- The Truebolt Hammer unleashes lightning across the ground, shielding nearby allies while zapping enemies.
- The Stillgaze Staff, exclusive to the shapeshifter class, allows players to transform into a deadly Crystal Cobra.
