If you're a fan of *Avowed*, you'll be thrilled to hear that Obsidian Entertainment has just released a comprehensive 2025 post-launch roadmap, complete with patch notes for the highly anticipated 1.4 update. Details about the game's upcoming features and enhancements were unveiled today on the official *Obsidian* website. While the 1.4 update brings several noteworthy additions, including an Arachnophobia mode that transforms menacing spiders into harmless blob-like creatures and tweaks to map exploration, the real excitement lies in the roadmap ahead.

Obsidian has three major updates lined up for Avowed this year. The first is live now with update 1.4, offering a range of improvements such as mouse and keyboard support on Xbox, more crafting resources, gear adjustments, a new party camp feature, and much more. For those still considering embarking on their journey to Eora, the summer update promises even more exciting additions like cooking and crafting upgrades, new NPC interactions, additional weapons and armor, and customizable map markers.

Wrapping up the year is the fall update, which is shaping up to be the biggest yet. It will introduce eagerly awaited features such as New Game Plus and photo mode. Additionally, players can expect a new weapon type, the ability to change appearances in-world, more character presets, and other enhancements. The development team also acknowledged the importance of language localization, committing to delivering localized versions for Korean and Japanese players, along with ongoing French improvements.

For the ultimate gaming experience, consider playing Avowed on PC with BlueStacks. The combination of a larger screen, smoother gameplay, and precise keyboard and mouse controls offers a significant upgrade over traditional console setups.

Note: Potential spoilers have been highlighted in bold.
