Simplified Camo Challenge Tracking in Black Ops 6
The patch notes describe Camo Challenge Tracking as a system allowing players to manually track up to 10 Camo and 10 Calling Card Challenges simultaneously. A particularly useful aspect is the "Near Completion" notification, assisting players on their path to Dark Matter, Nebula, and 100 Percenter camos.
This feature eliminates the need to constantly check the main menu for progress. Players can select 10 camos for tracking, viewing their progress in real-time during matches. The system also proactively alerts players to nearly completed challenges, even those not actively tracked.

Tracking Camo and Calling Card Challenges
To track a challenge, navigate to the desired Camo or Calling Card challenge and press Y (Xbox) or Triangle (PlayStation) to add it to the tracker. This allows for convenient progress monitoring during gameplay.
Even without manually selecting challenges, the game automatically highlights those nearing completion. This information remains readily accessible for players to review.
The Daily Challenges section in the Black Ops 6 lobby also displays top tracked and near-complete challenges, providing a comprehensive overview of progress towards unlocking camos and calling cards.
Earning Mastery Camos Made Easier
Season 2 also simplifies unlocking special camos. Previously requiring nine preceding military camos, now only five are needed. However, two special camos remain necessary to unlock mastery camos.
This update directly addresses player feedback regarding the overwhelming number of camos and the difficulty of tracking progress. Treyarch has clearly responded to player concerns, making camo acquisition and usage more enjoyable.
