Purple Coins 1-3
Three purple coins await near the starting flagpole, just off the main path.
Purple Coins 4-6
To the left of the white top hats (use them to create platforms!) near the starting flagpole, you'll find another set of three purple coins. Use your camera for a better view.

East of the first Chain Chomp, on a lower ledge, lies another trio of purple coins.

Dive beneath the bridge connecting the initial area to the west to discover three submerged purple coins.

Climb the pole south of the T-Rex and search behind nearby rocks to uncover three more purple coins.

After breaking the large wall near the T-Rex, you'll reach the Stone Bridge checkpoint. Look to the right and up from the nearby sign to spot three purple coins perched atop some platforms.

Before entering the pipe leading to the 2D minigame, examine a large stone platform on the mountain's backside for another three coins.

Before the 2D section, search behind rocks to the left for some hidden purple coins.
