It follows the journey of Denji, a boy granted a new lease on life after forming a pact with a devil named Pochita, who takes the form of a chainsaw dog. This alliance imbues Denji with the extraordinary ability to sprout chainsaws from his limbs and head, transforming him into the formidable Chainsaw Man.
