Drug Dealer Simulator, titled "Schedule I," has cemented its place as one of Steam's most-played games since its launch, and now it's receiving its first significant post-release update. Developer Tyler shared the news on the game's Steam page, revealing that version 0.3.4 is currently available for testing on the beta branch. The update is set to roll out fully within a day or two, but users can join the beta branch to try it out ahead of time.
Tyler mentioned that while this beta version includes most of the planned features, a few additional decorative elements will be added shortly. "I wanted to get this beta out as quickly as possible so that the new wall-mounted objects and pawn shop interface could be thoroughly tested," he stated.

Upon its release, Schedule I became the top-selling game on Steam, surpassing popular titles like Monster Hunter Wilds, GTA 5, and Marvel Rivals, thanks to its viral spread across platforms like social media, Twitch, and YouTube. Players start as a low-level drug dealer and progress to becoming a crime boss, managing drug production and distribution in the gritty city of Hyland Point. Expanding the empire through properties, businesses, and employees adds depth to the gameplay.
Developed and published by TVGS, an indie studio led by Australian creator Tyler, the game's success has been both exhilarating and overwhelming for its creator. "I never expected this kind of response!" Tyler remarked on Reddit. "Currently, I'm focused on addressing bugs and rolling out updates as fast as possible."
