Event Prerequisites:
To participate, ensure you've reached Adventure Rank 20 and completed the Mondstadt Archon Quest Prologue. While not mandatory, completing Xianyun's Story Quest "Grus Serena Chapter" adds context to the event's narrative, introducing the character Shuyu.
Gameplay Mechanics:
The event is simple: you control an Onikabuto beetle in simulated battles within a Teapot at Mt. Aocang, facing various overworld enemies. Controls are intuitive – Forward, Backward, and Jump – but strategic stamina management is key. Stamina is consumed with movement, especially during sustained directional movements and powerful Piercing Strikes (activated by holding the attack button).
Stage-by-Stage Strategies:
The five stages present unique challenges:
- "Staff Master Who Only Uses Basic Horizontal Sweeps": A basic Hilichurl; consistently target its head, dodging its predictable attacks indicated by ground markings.
- "Staff Master Who Waves a Torch About Non-Stop": A Hilichurl Berserker with a Pyro Slime. Focus attacks on its head and the Pyro Slime, particularly when it prepares to throw it.
- "Mumbly-Bumbly Red-Hot Mage": A Pyro Abyss Mage. Interrupt its spellcasting, then unleash a flurry of attacks.
- "Bouncy, Energetic Mage Who’s Actually Freezing Cold": A Cryo Abyss Mage. Employ the same strategy as the Pyro Abyss Mage.
- "Big Guy Said to be Solid as a Mini Mountain": A Stonehide Lawachurl. Aggressively attack; a Geo Slime will appear; utilize a Piercing Strike on the Slime for significant damage.
Difficulty Selection & Co-op:
Prioritize the "Focused Fight" (two-star) difficulty for optimal Primogem rewards (30 and 20 Primogems per stage). "Utmost Might" (three-star) unlocks after completing Focused Fight, offering Mora and Enhancement Ores but no Primogems. Utilize the "Match" function for cooperative play.
Rewards & Event Duration:
