Interact with the spaceship, and a short quick-time event will initiate your journey into space. Upon landing, Lucy will greet you again. Both you and your pets will automatically receive space helmets for your lunar exploration.

Moon Activities in Adopt Me

The Moon holds the Royal Moon Egg, unlockable by collecting five Special Stars scattered across Adoption Island and the lunar surface.
