Hearthstone enthusiasts, get ready for an exciting new chapter as Battlegrounds Season 10, dubbed "Second Nature," is set to launch on April 29th, 2025. This season promises a fresh start with a full reset of ratings and a revamped Track. If you haven't claimed your Season 9 rewards yet, don't worry—they'll be automatically collected for you.
The excitement builds up with staggered reveals starting on April 18th, showcasing Dragons, Demons, and Mechs. On April 21st, you'll get a glimpse of Undead and Pirates, followed by Naga and Quilboar on April 22nd, and wrapping up with Murlocs and Beasts on April 23rd. This gives you plenty of time to get acquainted with the new additions.
As Season 10 kicks off, Anomalies will be completely removed from the Tavern, and turn lengths will be extended, giving you more time to strategize your moves. Trinkets are making a comeback, but with a twist. These passive power-ups, which you can purchase with Gold, will appear twice per game—once on turn 6 as Lesser Trinkets and again on turn 9 as Greater Trinkets. Hearthstone is enhancing your chances of getting Trinkets that complement your current minion type, and Blizzard is introducing over 100 new Trinkets alongside more than 100 returning ones.
Introducing two new heroes to the fray: Forest Lord Cenarius and Buttons. Cenarius brings the classic Druid flair, focusing on ramping up Gold and setting the stage for powerful late-game strategies. Alongside these heroes, the minion pool is getting a massive refresh with over 75 new and returning minions and Tavern spells. The Battlegrounds Track will also be reset, offering new challenges and rewards.
