InZOI, a life simulation game boasting realistic graphics and an immersive open world, distinguishes itself from competitors like The Sims by integrating dynamic seasons and weather directly into its core gameplay. Unlike The Sims, where such features often require additional purchases, InZOI will include all four seasons from its initial release, as confirmed by Creative Director Hengjun Kim.
Zois, the game's inhabitants, will experience realistic consequences based on weather conditions. Failing to dress appropriately for extreme heat or cold could result in anything from a simple cold to severe health issues, even death. This dynamic applies to all aspects of weather, from scorching summers requiring cooling strategies to freezing winters demanding warmth.
Launching in early access on March 28, 2025, InZOI (as detailed on its Steam page) will feature full voiceovers and subtitles. The developers, backed by Krafton, aim for a 20-year support lifespan, with Krafton anticipating at least a decade to fully realize their ambitious vision.
