Just a few days after releasing Metro Quester – Hack & Slash on Android, KEMCO is already announcing its next project. The company has opened pre-registration for Alphadia III, the latest chapter in the Alphadia series.
This is a modern remake of the original third game from 2009, now developed in Unity and rebuilt specifically for mobile. It launched in Japan in October 2024, and is now on its way to a worldwide audience.
It’s a Retro RPG
Alphadia III offers a rich fantasy story, classic pixel-art visuals, and traditional turn-based combat.
Set before the events of Alphadia I, the game introduces a philosophical angle to the narrative.
Players enter a world still reeling from the Energi War—a conflict driven by humanity's obsession with controlling life energy, known as Energi.
Check out the new pre-registration trailer released by KEMCO for Alphadia III.
You step into the role of Alphonse, an energi clone who initially follows orders without question. After a tragic event, a girl named Tart informs him of a companion's death, prompting him to rethink his purpose.
Alphonse's personal journey forms the emotional heart of the game. He grapples with his own humanity, the meaning of existence, and whether the ongoing conflict serves any real purpose.
Only three nations remain in the final stages of the Energi War: the Schwarzschild Empire, the Nordstrom Kingdom, and the Luminere Alliance.
Pre-Registration Is Open for Alphadia III
Pre-registration is now available for both the premium and freemium versions on the Google Play Store. The official release is set for May 8th, 2025. The game supports controller play, and the premium edition includes 150 bonus Comet Stones.
Alphadia III introduces new gameplay systems such as Arrays, the Energi Crock, and SP Skills. You can transform your ship into a seaplane, undertake missions and arena battles, and trade Energi Elements.
That covers everything we know about KEMCO's upcoming release. Before you go, be sure to check out our next preview of the new 3D logic puzzle, Flow Water Fountain.
