This edition includes the base game along with all the DLC released to date for both PS5 and PC. This news arrives more than a year after Stellar Blade's successful launch on PS5 in April 2024.
Stellar Blade on PC comes equipped with all the features you'd expect, including AI upscaling through Nvidia DLSS 4 and AMD FSR 3, an unlocked framerate, Japanese and Chinese voiceover options, ultrawide display support, higher resolution environment textures, and DualSense support for haptic feedback and trigger effects.
The trailer also introduced a new boss battle against Mann, Leader of the Sentinels, and showcased 25 new costumes, which are expected to be available on PS5 as well. At the end of the trailer, Eve is seen letting go of a memory stick—a scene not present in the base game. This has sparked speculation about a potential new ending or additional DLC for Stellar Blade.
The trailer confirms the release of the Stellar Blade Complete Edition on both PC and PS5. Stellar Blade has been a major success for Korean developer Shift Up, generating $43 million in royalties in its last financial year. The studio anticipates that the PC version will surpass the sales of the PS5 version, which sold over 1 million copies within two months. Shift Up is also considering developing another game in the franchise.
In Stellar Blade, players assume the role of Eve, fighting against unknown invaders to reclaim Earth in a fast-paced action role-playing game. The game received a 7/10 rating from IGN and quickly sold a million copies. Our review noted, "Stellar Blade is great in all of the most important ways for an action game, but dull characters, a lackluster story, and several frustrating elements of its RPG mechanics prevent it from soaring along with the best of the genre."
