Marvel Contest of Champions is prepping for an exciting lineup, featuring the Summoner's Choice Champion alongside Valentine's Day festivities. Alongside the community-voted champion reveal, players can snag free rewards celebrating Captain America: Brave New World.
Here Are the Big Additions
The battlegrounds welcome two formidable newcomers - villain Arnim Zola and hero Joaquin Torres as Falcon. Starting February 13th, recruit the brilliant yet twisted scientist Arnim Zola, who achieved robotic immortality to further his sinister schemes.
On February 27th, witness the debut of Joaquin Torres as the new Falcon. After surviving brutal experiments by Sons of the Serpent, this part-falcon hybrid embraced his extraordinary abilities and inherited the mantle from Sam Wilson.
Players can also claim free champions through the Captain America: Brave New World celebration. From February 13th to March 30th, everyone gets Captain America (Sam Wilson) and Red Hulk - with star rarity scaling based on account progression.
And What About the Summoner's Choice Champion?
After crushing the competition with over 1.2 million votes, Mr. Knight emerges victorious as the new Summoner's Choice Champion. This enigmatic vigilante with dissociative identity disorder and lunar-powered abilities will join the roster later this year.
The Valentine's celebration brings the Love is a Battlerealm sale (February 14-21) alongside the Brave New World login calendar (February 13-March 30) packed with daily movie-themed rewards including champions, avatars, and special bonuses.
The 'Til Deathless Do Us Part storyline (February 5-March 5) follows Captain America and Falcon's diplomatic mission with the Deathless faction, featuring appearances from Guillotine, She-Hulk, Vision and King Groot.
