Author : Ryan May 25,2025

Summer's about to get a lot more enchanting in Pokémon Go, with three themed adventures lined up - Serene Retreat, Instrumental Wonders, and Phantom Ruins. Each event brings its own unique set of Pokémon, boosted encounters, and exciting bonuses, including the Gigantamax debut of Rillaboom, Cinderace, and Inteleon.

Serene Retreat kicks things off from May 30th to June 3rd, offering a cozy, feel-good celebration. You'll encounter peaceful picks like Komala, Cutiefly, and Hatenna more frequently in the wild. Keep an eye out for a chance to spot a Shiny Chimecho or Snorlax if luck is on your side.

Hatching Eggs during this event will reward you with Chingling and Spritzee, and you'll witness a major debut - Gigantamax Rillaboom in six-star Max Battles. Ticket holders can enjoy Hatch Stardust bonuses and a special Timed Research path featuring Shiny Munna and two Super Incubators.

Next up, Instrumental Wonders runs from June 7th to 11th, adding a rhythmic twist with electric and metallic Pokémon like Golett, Tadbulb, and Ferroseed making appearances. You'll find Falinks and Beldum in the wild or in raids, and the shiny odds for Ferroseed and Falinks are getting a boost.

Finally, Phantom Ruins arrives from June 14th to 18th, drawing you into a mysterious lineup of shadowy and ancient Pokémon. You'll encounter Drilbur, Skorupi, and Phantump out exploring, while Incense draws in rarer faces like Greavard and Rufflet. Gigantamax Inteleon takes centre stage in six-star Max Battles. Plus, enjoy bonuses like 2x XP and enhanced incense effects across the board.

You can purchase event tickets for $1.99 via the Pokémon Go Web Store, with Ultra Ticket Boxes including five bonus Ultra Balls. Each Timed Research path includes themed tasks and exclusive encounters, but remember, the rewards disappear when the event concludes, so don't wait too long to claim them.
