Reverse: 1999 and Assassin's Creed are teaming up! The tactical RPG is set to release its major 2.2 update on January 9th, and alongside it comes an exciting crossover with the Assassin's Creed franchise.
The Crossover Details (So Far)
This collaboration draws inspiration from two iconic Assassin's Creed games: Assassin's Creed II and Assassin's Creed Odyssey. Expect to see elements from Renaissance Italy with Ezio Auditore and ancient Greece with Kassandra within the Reverse: 1999 world.
The teaser trailer hints at the fusion of these worlds. It opens with Vertin, the Timekeeper from Reverse: 1999, before being interrupted by the unmistakable Assassin's Creed logo.

Beyond the trailer, details are scarce. Ubisoft and Reverse: 1999 are currently focused on the two-phase rollout of the V2.2 update, "Twilight in the Southern Hemisphere," which runs until February 20th. More information on the Assassin's Creed crossover is expected sometime in late January or early February, likely launching after the V2.2 events conclude.
This collaboration promises a unique blend of time travel, magic, and the stealthy assassinations that define Assassin's Creed. It's a significant step for both Ubisoft and Reverse: 1999. If you haven't experienced Reverse: 1999, download it now from the Google Play Store.
