Eclipse Glow Games Unveils "Tides of Annihilation" at Sony's State of Play 2025

Revealed during Sony's State of Play 2025 presentation, Tides of Annihilation is a captivating single-player action-adventure game developed by the newly formed Chengdu, China-based studio, Eclipse Glow Games. Backed by Tencent, the studio boasts a team of over 100 developers with extensive experience on titles such as Yakuza, For Honor, Assassin's Creed, Persona, and Prince of Persia.

The debut trailer showcases a thrilling blend of intense combat, a gripping narrative, and a uniquely unsettling setting: a modern-day London overrun by otherworldly forces. Players assume the role of Gwendolyn, humanity's last hope, as she explores iconic London landmarks, battling enemies inspired by Arthurian mythos and summoning spectral Knights of the Round Table to aid in combat. Prepare for epic encounters with skyscraper-sized bosses!

Official Synopsis:

Tides of Annihilation is a narrative-driven, single-player experience set in a distorted, otherworldly London. As Gwendolyn, the last of humanity, players embark on a quest to unravel a reality-altering mystery, battling hordes of enemies, formidable bosses, and even colossal, roaming knights.
