The Blast from the Past event begins with a mystery surrounding a visitor named Emit. You'll gather clues through TV, social media, and conversations. Finding the Special Time Capsule, however, requires a bit more detective work.
The only clue you receive is to search for rocks near parks. Since you'll likely have already met Emit at the Willow Creek park, that's a great starting point. Examine rocks in the area—look for one that appears to contain diamonds. Interact with it to unearth the Special Time Capsule. Note that you might need to check several rocks before you find the right one.
