Once a hero reaches 6 stars, obtaining duplicate "free gift" heroes or gold-star versions unlocks their fourth skill. For S-tier heroes, unlocking the fifth skill requires specific, high-tier duplicates. Most heroes begin with one active skill. To unlock subsequent skills (Skill 2 through 4), you need duplicate heroes or Instructor cards of matching rarity. After maxing out the star level, further duplicates unlock more advanced abilities—S-tier heroes need even more copies to access Skill 5.
