Developer Goodwin Games has unveiled an exciting new survival horror game for PC titled "Quite a Ride." Utilizing the powerful Unreal Engine 5, this game thrusts players into a chilling scenario where they must continuously pedal a bike to fend off encroaching fog and the terrifying creatures it harbors. While an official release date has yet to be announced, the anticipation is already building.

As Goodwin Games explains, "You travel by bicycle through a foggy rural landscape filled with eerie secrets and monsters lurking in the dense mist. The game's atmosphere and themes draw inspiration from Stephen King's works and iconic horror films of the '80s and '90s." You can dive into the eerie world by watching the announcement trailer and exploring the first screenshots in the gallery below.

In "Quite a Ride," your phone's battery life is a critical element, draining over time and requiring you to keep pedaling to recharge it. This phone will also send you enigmatic messages that could either guide you or lead you astray. As you journey through this haunting world, you'll encounter abandoned towns and mysterious laboratories. The ever-changing road adds to the suspense, but Goodwin Games introduces a fascinating twist: "Players' collective global efforts can change the environment, unlocking new locations, hidden characters, and secret quests over time."

If this game piques your interest, you can wishlist "Quite a Ride" on Steam and stay updated on its progress.
