Confirmation emails for Nintendo's upcoming Switch 2 Experience events, scheduled worldwide, began arriving in fans' inboxes on January 27, 2025. Excited recipients shared their confirmations on Twitter (X).
The registration period, open from January 17th to 26th, 2025, following the Switch 2 trailer release, required a free Nintendo Account. Nintendo's website detailed registration rules and attendee guidelines for those selected.
Those not selected received emails outlining waitlist information. A waitlist will open on January 29th, 2025, at 4 PM ET / 3 PM CT / 1 PM PT, offering a chance for those who missed out to secure a spot due to cancellations or additional availability.
