The trailer introduces the Bachelor, a young scientist who abandons his metropolitan laboratory to seek a cure for a mysterious plague ravaging a remote town. Initially planned as part of Pathologic 2, this content now forms a standalone third game.
The trailer highlights familiar locations for series veterans, alongside new gameplay mechanics focused on managing the epidemic. As the Bachelor, players will explore the town, interact with its inhabitants, solve mysteries, and face difficult moral choices.
