Wuthering Waves Unveils Phoebe and Brant as Upcoming 5-Star Rinascita Characters
Version 2.1 of Wuthering Waves will introduce Phoebe and Brant as the next 5-Star Rinascita characters. While their specific weapon types and elements remain unconfirmed, lore suggests Phoebe may be a Spectro unit and Brant a sword wielder. Both characters are expected to play crucial roles in future updates. Further character additions, including Zani, are anticipated.
Wuthering Waves' recent 2.0 update delivered a wealth of new content, including a story chapter expansion, the introduction of the Rinascita system, and new explorable areas. The update also featured the 5-Star Glacio DPS unit Carlotta (Pistols), whose banner runs alongside Zhezhi's until January 23rd. Roccia, a Havoc unit, will be the final Rinascita character released in this update.
The announcement of Phoebe and Brant, revealed via Kuro Games' official Twitter, generates significant excitement for Version 2.1. Based on marketing, Phoebe's banner is likely to launch in Phase 1, followed by Brant's in Phase 2.

With Phoebe and Brant's arrival, only Zani remains from the previously teased Rinascita characters. Additional characters are rumored for the 2.0 cycle, but official confirmation is pending. Version 2.0 is slated to conclude around mid-February, also bringing a premium skin for Jinhsi and a free Sanhua skin via an upcoming event starting January 23rd.
