Like A Dragon (LAD) reaches its 20th anniversary in December 2025. RGG Studio has launched a fan vote to decide which in-game items will be transformed into real-world merchandise.
One hundred items are up for grabs, including a diverse range of options: lingerie, incense, mahjong tiles, karaoke microphones, luxury lighters, 20th-anniversary sake, themed pillows, Kiryu's dragon mask, and much more, reflecting the series' rich history. The winning item, as per the RGG voting website, is guaranteed to be produced within two years.
Voting runs from February 8, 2025, to March 21, 2025, with one vote allowed per day. A follow-up survey will determine the final design of the winning item.
Potential for More Yakuza Remakes in the 20th Anniversary Celebration
RGG Studio initially hinted at its 20th-anniversary plans in a December 8, 2024, Twitter (X) post (during their 19th anniversary). Director and Executive Producer Masayoshi Yokoyama expressed gratitude to fans and outlined plans for various events and announcements leading up to the milestone, including the merchandise voting project.

Given the game's release on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, the PC requirements are relatively undemanding. RGG Studio also confirmed Steam Deck verification.
