Scarlet Girls Beginner's Guide – Build your Ultimate Squad of Dynamic 2D Girls

Author : Matthew Mar 18,2025

Dive into the captivating world of Scarlet Girls, a brand-new idle RPG where you command a squad of technologically enhanced mecha waifus. Set in the 119th year of the Old Euro Calendar, humanity teeters on the brink of extinction, ravaged by catastrophic events that mutated animals into powerful beings. As one of humanity's last hopes, your mission is to recruit, train, and lead these mecha girls against the catastromechs, restoring peace to Earth. This beginner's guide will illuminate the core mechanics and game modes to accelerate your progress.

Understanding Scarlet Girls' Combat Mechanics

Scarlet Girls offers a completely idle, casual combat experience. Battles unfold turn-based, with allies and enemies acting according to their Speed stat. A round concludes when all combatants have taken their turns. You can deploy five characters, and the handy Quick Dispatch feature automatically optimizes your formation based on your strongest Stellaris (that's what we call your mecha girls!). Sit back, relax, and enjoy the spectacular special ability animations!

Your Stellaris possess powerful active and passive abilities that automatically deploy in combat. Each skill has a cooldown timer. Strategic squad building is key—craft synergistic teams to maximize your mecha girls' strengths. The combat itself is real-time, with no player intervention during battles. The strategy lies entirely in the power of your deployed characters and your team composition.

Each Stellaris belongs to one of four classes, defining their roles:

  • Paladins: Durable front-liners, drawing enemy fire and protecting teammates.
  • Support: Backline specialists providing healing and crucial utility.
  • Devastator: Heavy hitters dealing devastating energy damage.
  • Assaulter: Masters of bladed weapons, specializing in physical damage.

Echo: The Gacha System of Scarlet Girls

Recruiting Stellaris involves the gacha system. Characters come in various rarities: R, SR, SSR, and SSR+. Higher rarity equates to stronger base stats (Attack, Defense, HP) and more powerful abilities. The Echo system is your gateway to new, powerful Stellaris.

At launch, the "Normal Echo" banner offers R-SSR Stellaris. Use Echo tickets or Diamonds to summon. An SSR character is guaranteed within 40 summons. Each summon awards 20 Echo points; at 2000 points, choose a random SSR from the four elemental banners (excluding Nebula). Check your progress on the Echo system's right-hand side. Rarity recruitment probabilities are:

  • R Stellaris: 19.979% (per individual R character)
  • SR Stellaris: 2.667% (per individual SR character)
  • SSR Stellaris: 0.133% (per individual SSR character)
  • SSR+ Stellaris: 0.010% (per individual SSR+ character)

Enhance your Scarlet Girls experience by playing on a larger screen—use BlueStacks on your PC or laptop with keyboard and mouse for smoother gameplay!
