Finally, a solo Spanish deck for Android has arrived, offering a fresh twist on the classic solitaire experience.
This version of the game utilizes a traditional 40-card Spanish deck, maintaining the same core objective as the French deck variant: reveal all the cards and move them to their respective foundations to build complete sequences from Ace to King in each suit. The game is lost when no further moves can be made.
When playing with the Spanish deck, cards are arranged in piles based on descending numerical order, without color alternation—unlike the French deck. This means you'll rely more on strategy than visual cues like colors.
Three distinct game modes are available, each with unique rules:
Easy Game (Partida Fácil): Played under standard French solitaire rules, with the exception that suits alternate instead of colors. You can move either a single card or a stacked group of cards. Empty spaces can only be filled with Kings.
Normal Game: This is the true Spanish solitaire style. You may only move the topmost card from each pile, but any card can be placed into an empty space—no need for a King to fill the gap.
Difficult Game (Partida Difícil): A challenging variation of the Spanish solitaire. Rules remain similar to the normal mode, but only Kings can be placed in empty slots, increasing the difficulty significantly.
At any point during gameplay, you can undo your last move using the "undo" button. Pressing the "new game" button starts a fresh round at your selected difficulty level, while the menu button returns you to the main screen.
When there are no remaining cards in the draw deck and all cards have been flipped in the tableau, an autofill button becomes available, temporarily pausing the timer. Tapping it automatically moves all eligible cards to their corresponding foundation slots.
The game maintains comprehensive statistics, tracking total games played and won by level, along with best times and move counts. These stats can be accessed anytime by tapping the "i" button during gameplay.
You also have the option to resume previously saved games. If you exit the app or return to the main menu mid-game, you’ll be prompted to continue your existing session or start a new one.
For social integration, the game supports Facebook login, granting access to:
- Leaderboards for all three difficulty levels
- Friend rankings for the level you're currently playing
- The ability to invite friends to join the game
- Sharing your achievements and scores directly on Facebook
A dynamic scoring system adds another layer of excitement:
Each valid move earns base points, which are then multiplied by a dynamic FactorX multiplier. For example, moving a card to uncover another gives +5 points, which could become +250 if the multiplier is X50 or +100 if it's X20.
Scoring movements include:
- Moving a card to the foundation from the discard pile: +10 Points
- Placing a card directly onto the foundation: +10 Points
- Transferring a card between tableau piles: +5 Points
- Revealing a hidden card in the tableau: +5 Points
- Moving a card from the graveyard to the foundation: -15 Points
The X multiplier, displayed at the bottom of the screen, decreases over time and affects the value of each movement. As a result, early moves yield higher scores than later ones, encouraging quick thinking and efficient play.
We hope you enjoy countless hours of engaging gameplay.
