Initially, Tawakkalna was introduced to streamline relief efforts by electronically issuing permits during the curfew period, catering to both government and private sector employees as well as individuals. This initiative was crucial in controlling the spread of the virus across Saudi Arabia.
As the country transitioned into the "Return with Caution" phase, the app introduced several vital services aimed at facilitating a secure return to normalcy. One of the key features was the provision of a health status indicator through color-coded systems, ensuring user security and privacy at the highest levels.
