Ultimate Texas Hold'em (UTH) brings the thrilling experience of a casino poker table game right to your fingertips. Just like in a real casino, it's a showdown between you and the dealer, where the quality of your hand directly influences your payouts. With offline play, the ability to repeat bets including the Trips bet, and a streamlined, quick-play mode, UTH is perfect for honing your poker strategy. Running low on funds? No worries—spin The Wheel* to earn bonus chips (*internet connection required).
The game uses a standard 52-card deck. Start by placing equal bets on Ante and Blind, with an optional Trips bet that pays out on specific hands. After the dealer deals two cards to both you and themselves, you get a peek at your cards. You can then either check or make a Play bet, which can be three or four times your Ante bet.
Next, the dealer reveals three community cards. If you checked initially, you have the option to make a Play bet that's double your Ante or check again. If you've already placed a Play bet, you do nothing at this stage. The final two community cards are then turned over.
If you've checked twice, your next move is crucial: you must either make a Play bet equal to your Ante or fold, which means you'll lose both your Ante and Blind bets. In true Texas Hold'em fashion, both you and the dealer aim to create the best five-card hand using a mix of hole and community cards.
For the dealer to qualify, they need at least a pair. If they qualify, your hands are compared, and the Blind, Ante, and Play bets are settled based on UTH rules. Win against a qualified dealer, and all three bets are paid out. If the dealer doesn't qualify, your Ante bet is pushed back to you. Should the dealer win, you lose all bets except for any Trips bets. In case of a tie, all bets are returned.
