Persian card game popular across the Middle East
Pasur or Chahar Barg (Persian: پاسور) is a traditional Persian fishing card game. Widely enjoyed in Iran, it shares gameplay similarities with Italian Cassino or Scopa, and bears particularly close resemblance to Egypt's Bastra. Also called Chahâr Barg ("4 Cards"), Haft Khâj ("Seven Clubs"), or Haft Va Chahâr, Yâzdah (referencing the winning combination of 7 clubs in 4-card hands where 11 is a target score).
