To begin using this service, you'll need to create an account on Clapperboard and ensure your balance is recharged.
To ensure your video's authenticity, follow these steps:
- Comment on the video you wish to authenticate.
- Request a unique QR-code from Clapperboard.
- During the video recording, make sure to show the QR-code on camera.
Once you complete these steps, the QR-code and your comment will be permanently recorded in the NEM blockchain. This process will provide you with an authentic video directly from your camera.
To further verify that the video content has not been modified and was indeed created after the QR-code was generated, you can upload the video segment containing the QR-code to the Prover.io service. Upon successful verification, you will receive a Certificate of Authenticity that includes detailed information about your video.
