Quickfire Rules:
After cards are evenly dealt among four players, each bids either high (with a black card) or low (with a red card). Bids are revealed sequentially starting from the player to the left of the dealer. The first black card turned over signifies a 'high' round, where teams strive to win as many tricks as possible. If all bids are red, the game switches to 'low', aiming to win as few tricks as possible.
In a high bid round, the player to the right of the one who 'granded' leads the first trick. For a low bid round, the player to the left of the dealer starts. Players must follow suit if possible; otherwise, they can play any card. The highest card in the led suit wins the trick, and the winner leads the next trick.
Scoring occurs at the end of each round. In high bids, the 'granded' team earns a point for each trick over six. If they fail to reach seven tricks, the opposing team scores one or two points per trick over six, depending on the 'set bonus' setting. In low bids, teams earn a point for each trick under seven.
