Your goal is simple: spell 10 words correctly. If you achieve the fastest game time in our weekly contest, you'll win $100 USD. Aim even higher, and if you're the fastest speller in the monthly contest, you could take home $1000 USD.
But you don't need to be the fastest to win. Every player aged 13 or older, except where restricted or prohibited, who spells all 10 words correctly within 5 minutes or less, is automatically entered into our weekly random drawing. The more you play, the more chances you have to win the SPELLIT® $100 USD weekly prize.
If you make a mistake while spelling, don't worry. You can use the BACK key to erase the incorrect letter. Need to hear the word again? Just press the HEAR key. Once you've spelled a word, press the ENTER key to move on to the next one.
The names and game times of the 100 fastest players are displayed on our results page. Check to see if you or your friends have made the list, subject to verification according to the Official SPELLIT® Game Rules.
