- Crushed in Time is the latest spinoff from the universe of There Is No Game.

- Solve a point-and-click puzzle adventure that transports you through various stages of a game's development.
Longtime readers may recall our earlier coverage of the comedic point-and-click adventure There Is No Game. More recently, it was featured as a free title on the Epic Games Store. Now, fans have a new spinoff to anticipate: Crushed in Time!
Describing the works of developer Draw Me a Pixel is no simple task—as Stephen once put it, their style represents "quirkiness of the highest order." That said, Crushed in Time appears to offer a slightly more straightforward experience, or at the very least, one that is less mind-bending than playing a game that isn't technically a game.
In Crushed in Time, Holmes and Watson make a return after their brief appearance in one segment of There Is No Game. This time, the duo embarks on an investigation into the very development of their own game, jumping across different stages of its production.

Crunch time
What’s your mission? Locate a missing character from the recently launched game to restore order to the narrative. But since this is a Draw Me a Pixel creation, chances are it won’t be as simple as it sounds—though it will certainly be just as entertaining.
Crushed in Time retains the same point-and-click adventure gameplay that made the original so engaging. Rather than relying on the classic “combine inventory items” approach, you'll uncover new interactive possibilities with various objects and solve puzzles through more intuitive means.
Scheduled to launch in 2026 on mobile and PC, Crushed in Time promises to be every bit as quirky and unconventional as its predecessor, if not even more so.
