Grand Theft Auto V's PC version is finally getting a major update on March 4th, bringing it closer to the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S versions released in 2022. This free update includes content previously exclusive to consoles, and player progress in both GTA Online and Story Mode will seamlessly transfer.
The update significantly enhances GTA Online, adding a wealth of previously unavailable content for PC players. GTA+ subscription will also launch on PC, offering benefits such as accelerated business profit collection. Rockstar Games has also implemented improved anti-cheat measures.

Expect noticeable graphical improvements, but be aware that this comes with increased system requirements. Players with insufficient hardware can continue using the older version, which will remain supported. However, cross-version play will not be supported, meaning players on different versions cannot play together.
