Millennium Media, the powerhouse behind the Expendables and Has Fallen series, previously brought us Rambo in 2008 and Rambo: Last Blood in 2019.
John Rambo is set to delve into the Vietnam War, serving as a prequel to the iconic 1982 film First Blood. While plot details remain under wraps, the excitement is building. Casting has yet to be finalized, and although Sylvester Stallone, the original Rambo, is aware of the project, he is not currently involved.
The screenplay for John Rambo comes from the talented duo Rory Haines and Sohrab Noshirvani, who previously worked on The Mauritanian and Black Adam. Filming is scheduled to kick off in Thailand in October, promising to bring the gritty realities of the Vietnam War to life on screen.
