Beyond the Siren Isle update, Season 2 (anticipated later in 2025) promises fresh endgame content and the next chapter of this expansion. However, Patch 11.0.7 introduces crucial story quests setting the stage for Patch 11.1, focusing on the Goblin capital, Undermine. A separate questline concludes the tragic saga of Dalaran's destruction, though its availability was initially delayed.
Updated January 7, 2025: The recent campaign quests mark a significant turning point. Dalaran, a long-standing location in Warcraft lore, may never fully recover from the events of The War Within. The Dalaran Epilogue questline provides a fitting conclusion to this chapter and a farewell to a once-important social hub in Wrath of the Lich King and Legion.

How to Begin the Patch 11.1 Prologue ("Lingering Shadows" Campaign)
Unlike the Dalaran Epilogue, the "Lingering Shadows" campaign is immediately accessible. Completion of the leveling or Level 80 campaigns isn't required. However, completing prior storylines is recommended to avoid spoilers and enhance understanding. The campaign comprises:

How to Begin the Dalaran Epilogue in World of Warcraft: The War Within
Initially, a three-week delay was implemented for the Dalaran Epilogue. As of January 7th, 2025, this delay has been removed. To unlock this questline, complete both the leveling campaign and the Level 80 campaign (requiring Renown Four with all four Khaz'algar factions).
If unsure about your progress, visit Foundation Hall (where Patch 11.1 prologue quests begin). The presence of Khadgar (post-January 7th) indicates readiness to receive the quest. Otherwise, additional campaign quests need completion.
