Summary
Rocksteady Studios has released the final major content update, Season 4 Episode 8, for Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League. Available now on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC, this update concludes development for the live-service title. While servers will remain online, no further content will be added after the January 14th patch.
Initially launched in February 2024 to mixed reception, Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League faced criticism for its unexpected live-service elements. The decision to end support after only ten months was announced on December 9th, 2024. Despite this, Rocksteady confirmed that all online features will remain accessible, allowing players to continue enjoying the game with friends.
Following a brief period of server downtime, Season 4 Episode 8: Balance is now live. This update introduces a Libra-themed Infamy Set, powerful new Notorious weapons, and a final Mayhem mission against Brainiac. Significant bug fixes and gameplay improvements are also included, such as reduced XP requirements for Squad Levels and retroactive rewards.
The December update, Season 4 Episode 7, introduced an offline mode, allowing players to experience the main campaign and seasonal missions without an internet connection. This ensures continued access even if the servers are eventually shut down, though no shutdown date has been announced.
For those who haven't played, Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is currently available on PlayStation Plus until February 3rd, alongside The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe and Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit Remastered.

LIBRA INFAMY SET
This Infamy Set, inspired by the DC Super-Villain Libra, applies Stacks of Libra's Scales to enemies. Each stack increases both damage dealt and received by 50%, creating a high-risk, high-reward playstyle.
NOTORIOUS WEAPONS
- The Silencer’s Complete Silence: Deals 200% bonus damage to enemies affected by Libra's Scales. The Alt-Fire deals 1000% bonus damage and creates a Silencer Zone, reducing enemy damage by 100%.
- Doctor Sivana’s Magic Bullets: Piercing bullets apply Libra's Scales and have a chance to electrify enemies.
- Chronos’ Equilibrium: Deals 25% bonus damage for every 1% of missing shield, rewarding aggressive play.

- Reduced the duration of Deathstroke’s Suicide Strike against certain enemies.

KNOWN ISSUES
Incorrect Riddler challenge progress tracking may occur when attempting challenges from a different Episode than the selected one. Exiting to the main menu resolves this.
