Each player starts with 8 cards, while the remaining cards form the "Draw Pile." Flip the top card to begin the "Discard Pile."
On your turn, place a card from your hand onto the Discard Pile that matches the current top card by color, number, or special ability. If you can't play, draw from the Draw Pile until you find a playable card. Once played, pass your turn to the next player.
Stacking Rule: You can stack +2 and +2 wild power cards to increase the penalty for the next player. However, remember that you cannot play a +2 on a +2 wild.
The first player to discard all their cards wins the round. The game continues until one player reaches the target score.
