The app proactively alerts users to unexpected usage spikes. A built-in outage tracker provides real-time updates on outages and planned service interruptions, allowing users to report outages, monitor service status, and receive restoration alerts. Additional online services offered include change-of-address reporting, payment arrangement options, and access to Hydro-Québec news. The app is currently available for iOS devices. Specific features include: managing equalized payment plans (EPP) based on actual usage; subscribing to electricity usage and bill payment alerts; viewing and paying current bills; accessing two years of billing history; reviewing detailed electricity usage data (hourly, daily, monthly, and yearly); and tracking outages and planned interruptions via an interactive map, with outage reporting and restoration/interruption alerts.
