This guide details how to complete the "Ill Repute" side quest in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, focusing on obtaining the flea-infested item. This quest stems from "A Good Scrub," initiated by speaking with Betty, the bathhouse owner in Kuttenberg (southeast section).
Initiating the Quest Line:
After accepting "A Good Scrub," you'll escort some women to the bathhouse. Following this, you'll promote the bathhouse, clean it, and pass an inspection. Only after successfully completing these steps can you proceed to "Ill Repute."
Finding the Flea-Infested Item:
To progress "Ill Repute," you must sabotage a rival bathhouse by placing flea-infested items in the Councillor's laundry. While other methods exist, obtaining a flea-infested item is key.
The easiest way to acquire this item is by searching the sacks of beggars camped near Kuttenberg's east gate. A flea-infested blanket is typically found here.
Completing the Quest:
Once you have the flea-infested item, return to the rival bathhouse. Discreetly place the fleas into Councillor Naaz's laundry basket (and ideally, a clean laundry basket as well). This will successfully sabotage the rival bathhouse, completing the quest. Note that only one of the three sabotage tasks needs completion to advance the quest.
