While we were already aware that Elizabeth Olsen’s Scarlet Witch and Benedict Cumberbatch’s Doctor Strange would not be part of the film, the exclusion of other characters is particularly surprising, especially considering the film's ambitious scope. Avengers: Doomsday is set to be a monumental crossover event, blending the universes of the Avengers, X-Men, and Fantastic Four into what promises to be a cinematic extravaganza.
