Epic Games has unveiled the exciting new Battle Pass skins for Fortnite's upcoming season, officially titled "Wanted." This season promises an adrenaline-filled experience centered around heists, complete with gun-toting villains, gold-filled vans, and explosive bank vaults—everything you'd expect from a high-stakes robbery.

Kicking off on February 21, the "Wanted" season will feature a thrilling collaboration with the iconic fighting game series, Mortal Kombat. Fans can look forward to Sub-Zero joining the Battle Pass, perfectly aligning with the heist theme through the season's unique skins.

This collaboration is timed to coincide with the promotion of the upcoming film, Mortal Kombat 2, which will star Karl Urban as Johnny Cage and Adeline Rudolph as Kitana. The new skins will be available for purchase using V-Bucks, Fortnite's premium currency, with each character costing 1,500 V-Bucks, maintaining the usual pricing.

Confirmed to make a return are fan-favorite weapons such as the Flare Gun, C4, and the Diplomat turret. While other weapons remain unconfirmed, there's speculation that the EMP Grenade, classic SMGs, Tommy Gun, and the Grappler from the previous heist-themed season (Chapter 4 Season 4) might also make a comeback. However, these are just rumors at this stage.

One of the most anticipated new features is Smart Building, which will revolutionize construction by predicting the structure players need based on their aim direction. Additionally, the season introduces a revamped gameplay mechanic, replacing keycards with vault breaches. Players will use Meltanite, Fortnite's version of thermite, to crack open the vaults and claim their rewards, adding an extra layer of excitement to the heist-themed gameplay.
