Secure Your Shiny Legendary Pokémon in Pokémon Home!
Pokémon Home is offering a fantastic opportunity to add Shiny Meloetta, Manaphy, and Enamorus to your collection. However, obtaining these three shiny legendaries requires significant effort. This guide outlines the steps involved.
How to Obtain Shiny Manaphy
Completing the Sinnoh Pokédex in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond or Shining Pearl is key. After registering all 150 Sinnoh Pokémon in the Pokémon Home app, a Shiny Manaphy will be sent to your Nintendo account via Mystery Gift. While time-consuming, this is a relatively straightforward task, especially considering the rarity of Shiny Manaphy outside this event.
How to Obtain Shiny Enamorus
Similar to Manaphy, acquiring Shiny Enamorus necessitates completing a regional Pokédex – this time, the Hisui Pokédex from Pokémon Legends: Arceus. With 242 Pokémon to register, this presents a more substantial challenge than the Sinnoh Pokédex. Once complete, confirm your progress in Pokémon Home, and the Shiny Enamorus will arrive via Mystery Gift.
How to Obtain Shiny Meloetta
Shiny Meloetta is the most demanding of the three. You must complete three Pokédexes: Paldea, Kitakami, and Blueberry. This requires playing Pokémon Scarlet or Violet, including both DLCs, "The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero," to access the Kitakami and Blueberry Dexes. You must catch all Pokémon within Scarlet or Violet; transferring from other games won't suffice. The Paldea Pokédex contains 400 Pokémon, Kitakami 200, and Blueberry 243. This promotion offers the only current method to obtain a Shiny Meloetta.
Important Note: These giveaways are ongoing, allowing players ample time to complete the Pokédex requirements at their own pace. Good luck catching 'em all!
